READY TO SWIM

We are ALMOST finished with our pool house and I can hardly wait to get in the pool. It was such a pretty day today, and I was so tempted to get in but the water is still just a little too cold for me. My husband and son-in-law have the pool house within days of completion. All we really like is plug covers and the bathroom fixtures to be installed. I have a feeling we will spend most of the summer right here.
This is our view from under the pool house.

If you notice you will see my cat has already claimed his spot. Two of our grandsons have already been been swimming. I think we will be joining them in a week or so!

  3. So... I should pack my suit when I come for a visit...?

It looks amazing and I'm very jealous - you've done good!

Take care (no more BBQs in the pool!), Kimberly

  4. The pool house is beautiful! I wish we had a slide for our pool, but it's an out of the ground, so it probably isn't deep enough. The people at the pool shop told us we better not get one, just to be safe. But we've heard there's a special slide for an out-of-ground pool. I hope we can find it!

    Love,

  5. Just GORGEOUS!! How nice to have the pool house built! Our pool is WAY TOO COLD right now to swim in....BRRRRRR. But, our neighbor's little boy has already been swimming in theirs. I can't even imagine!

    Enjoy your Monday.♥

  6. I believe that is the prettiest pool house I've seen. Love the black fence and wrought iron furniture. It just ties in together so well.

  7. I'm still jealous, Sue! I don't blame you, if I had that pool I'd spend the whole summer there myself. Hope you enjoy it bunches and your sweet family, too.

  9. Sue, I know you could knit socks and as smart as you are I know you would learn faster and do it better than I can. Use google to find "how to knit socks" and you'll get all sorts of video to show you what to do. Try it. I can't wait to see what you can do with it.
