A CROWD PLEASER

I promise this will not turn into a recipe blog, but after posting about Amy's birthday dinner, April requested my chicken casserole recipe. This is one dish that I make regularly for my family (all of my grandchildren love it) and I'll make a couple if I plan to have many over. I hope you will like it as much as we do.
CHICKEN CASSEROLE
3 cans of chicken (white meat) (I get the bigger cans at Wal-Mart)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine

Put chicken in colander and drain. (I run water over mine). Place chicken in sprayed 9 x 13 pan (break chicken chunks up). Next mix soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Melt stick of margarine while you are crushing crackers. Mix the crackers and melted butter and sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I serve mine with rice.

ENJOY and have a wonderful weekend!

I make this same dish except I add OreIda Crispy Crowns as the bottom layer. Yummy!
