I'VE BEEN TAGGED!

I was tagged by Angie at The Happy Homebody to list 6 random things about myself and tag 6 others to do the same. Here are my 6 things:
  1. I am a former elementary school teacher/assistant principal. I retired seven years ago and am now the secretary at our church. I teach adults in Sunday school who were once in my first grade class.
  2. I hate buttermilk, (even the smell), but I will eat Ranch dressing.
  3. I will buy any brand of catsup or mustard, but I must buy a certain brand of mayonnaise (Bama).
  4. Three of my six grandchildren are adopted.
  5. My daughter and daughter-in-law both are named Amy.
  6. I LOVE Christmas....it's always sad when it's time to take the decorations down. I am excited when I hear the first of the Christmas songs playing on the radio, the parties, food, gifts to buy, etc...........

I was told to tag six people. These are my six: 1. Tammy at Country Girl at Home 2. Joy at Joys of Home 3. Robin at The Robins Nest 4. Marie at Watch the Wind Blow By 5. Linda at Behind My Red Door 6. Rondell at Tomatoe Creek Prims.

I've been tagged! Too cute Sue.
It's nice to learn new things about people-I really enjoyed reading your list-I'll have to think about mine and post it soon!
I'm thrilled you received your crow plaque. Now that things have settled down a bit I have had more time to craft to show on my blog. I did a swag for todays post-But have some other things in mind...I just wish it was closer to Christmas because it is taking everything in my being not to post Christmas crafts on my blog yet!!!
I'm with you on the Christmas and buttermilk deal! Love Christmas-dislike buttermilk!

Congratulations on getting tagged! Great to find out more things about you. My youngest daughter is an Elementary school teacher and loves it. And I love Christmas time too, I actually love the time of season right now, so we can start decorating our homes.
Maybe one day I will get tagged :(

Thanks for tagging me! I actually did this yesterday and it took me a long time to think of 6 random things about myself. It's harder than it seems. lol Funny about the buttermilk! I can't stand it either, but I have a recipe for buttermilk bread and it's SO good. :o)

Interesting that we were both elementary school teachers. I always tell people teaching is the hardest job in the world. I LOVE Christmas too. I always find it hard to wait until Thanksgiving to start decorating. This year I may start before Thanksgiving so I can enjoy it longer!

Hey Sue! I am so glad you like the recipe...you will love the vegetable soup one also. I loved your random facts about yourself...Girl...I won't touch buttermilk and I only buy Bama mayo and I squeal like a sissy girl when I plug the Christmas lights up for the first time and I go around the house singing Christmas songs and ohhhh you should see me at night when I run outside to look thru the windows to see my own Christmas lights! lol lol (psst...I even have Bill drive me up the road so I can see what they look like from there! lol) Have a great week girl!
